Infants

Eating Schedule
Breast milk or formula is the only food your newborn needs, and the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends exclusive breast-feeding for the first six months after birth. But by ages 4 months to 6 months, most babies are ready to begin eating solid foods as a complement to breast-feeding or formula-feeding. The infant food at the Kidz House is made daily.

Activities Schedule
The key for infant activities is a lot of communication and a lot of repetition. Research has shown that the nerve pathways in the brains of infants light up when they hear familiar phrases!
Parents Testimonials
- I learned about Mrs. Janet nine years ago when I was searching for the perfect daycare for my first-born son. I had looked at so many places, and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving him at any of them…until I met Janet. I was referred by a friend of a friend, and since, I have referred several friends and parents I know to Janet. At the time I met her, she had been operating her daycare out of her home for almost 20 years. I was amazed at how peaceful, clean and warm her home felt. I was instantly put at ease, and I knew, she was going to be a partner of mine for many years to come.

My daughter has been in the care of the most amazing childcare provider (The Kidz House) that I have come across in the past 20 years. Mrs. Iris Fabian and her staff received my family as they do every family three years ago in 2014. I am excited as I know we will forever share a relationship with the wonderful staff at The Kidz House.

Mrs. Janet and her staff has cared for our two daughters since they were 8 and 5 weeks old. The Kidz House has a great curriculum and provides brain building opportunities daily. My eldest has entered 1st grade and her success is due to the great education and foundation she received at The Kidz House. Both my girls are bilingual and they enjoy eating the delicious healthy meals served at The Kidz House. Mrs. Janet and her staff truly love the kids and they have become family to us. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to care and teach them.

Our child liked his teacher and was always clean and well taken care of. Elba his teacher is very sweet and seems to enjoy being with the kids. Thank to the bilingual service my child was able to adapt better to daycare for the first time because he doesn’t speak English yet. I hear teachers speaking both languages to children and I bet that helps children develop ear for both languages. Thank you Janet (director)!
