Iris Fabian, Director
My deepest passion and purpose are guiding young minds through education, love, and empathy. Our mission is to support each child in developing their unique personality and enhancing their emotional intelligence.
With over thirty years of service to our community, families, and children, we are committed to maintaining a warm, safe, and family-oriented facility. We believe that a secure and loving atmosphere helps children achieve small, meaningful milestones every day. Effective communication is vital to this process. I have earned my certifications in CPR, First Aid, Child Development Associate (CDA), Director’s Credential.
As the director of The Kidz House, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, from curriculum development and staff training to parent communication and facility management. I work closely with teachers, parents, and the community to ensure that every child receives the highest quality care and education.
Hansee Vargas, Administrator
A dedicated childcare administrator with several years of experience in the early childhood education sector. With a passion for nurturing young minds, I am consistently focused on creating enriching, safe, and supportive environments for children to grow and thrive. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational skills, ensuring that our facility is managed and operated smoothly. Meeting the highest standards of care. I believe in the power of education, empathy, and love in shaping the future of children and is committed to fostering a nurturing atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
I collaborate with families to achieve common goals, celebrating each child’s milestones and unique achievements. I emphasize the importance of open communication and transparency with parents and guardians, ensuring they are always informed and involved in their child’s development.Outside of work, enjoy spending time with my family which further enriches my perspective and approach to childcare. I am proud to be a part of a community that prioritizes the well-being and development of its youngest members, and looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.
Mrs. Natalia, Head Teacher
I am Mrs. Natalia and I am one of the VPK. I have been working as a VPK teacher for 18 years. The best part of my day is playing with my Kidz in teh different areas. I love to go shopping. I also enjoy spending my free time with my family and friends.
Mrs. Wendy
Hello, my name is Wendy. I am happily a mother of two children. I am a professional person, very responsible, kind, educated, grateful that since I was little I liked to teach. I have experience in education for more than 10 years but currently, for about 5 months I have had the pleasure of teaching children from 1 to 2 years of age, belonging to the great family of The Kidz House. My goal is that children always acquire new knowledge and that they learn to have fun, especially when they are happy. I always try to meet the requirements of preparation and updating that this beautiful race demands.
Mrs. Pearl
Hello I am Mrs. Pearl and this is my 4th year here at The Kidz House as one of our VPK teachers. I enjoy gardening and working in my yard. Most of all I enjoy traveling, shopping and eating out. I also like to collect different kinds of salt & pepper shakers, perferably used ones.
Mrs. Mairim
I am from Puerto Rico and a registered nurse. I have been working with 1 year old kids for two years and I love and enjoy attending to them. It makes me so proud to see how each of them evolve and grow in my class. I am a wife and a mother to two beautiful girls. I enjoy my free time to the max with my family.
Mrs. Karen
I studied Management Process while enrolled at the university. I consider myself to be fun and witty. I love spending time with my husband and dog, Bimbo. I love nature and water parks. I am very happy to be able to meet so many children adn contribute at least a grain of sand to their development and growth.
Mrs. Elba
I love being a teacher. Passionate and dedicated with over 20 years of experience creating stimulating and nurturing learning environments for young children. My educational practices focuses on promoting the comprehensive development of each child. Enhancing both their cognitive and social skills through recreational and educational needs. I specialize in using innovative and creative teaching methods such as game-based learning to capture children’s attention and make learning progress fun and effective.
Mrs. Marianne
Hola, my name is Mrs. Marianne and I have been a teacher here for 5 years and the infant room teacher for the past 4 years. I love my kidz and I’m very grateful to God for everything I have and who I am. In my free time I love spending time with my sons and family. A little fun fact about me is that I love collecting perfumes.
Mrs. Jossie
I have been working here since July of 2023, and I know that God was teh one that open the door for this opportunity. I’ve worked with 1 year olds since 2021 and I’m grateful to God for that, I love my job. In my free time I am with my family and in church.
Mrs. Dani
Iam from Venezuela and although I am a Journalist by profession, I am a teacher at heart. In my country I worked for 5 years with kids at summer camps. I love and enjoy to teach kids and leave a little piece of me with each kid. In my free time I enjoy cooking and traveling with my family. I feel lucky to be a part of the Kidz House Family.
