Director

My deepest passion and purpose are guiding young minds through education, love, and empathy. Our mission is to support each child in developing their unique personality and enhancing their emotional intelligence.

With over thirty years of service to our community, families, and children, we are committed to maintaining a warm, safe, and family-oriented facility. We believe that a secure and loving atmosphere helps children achieve small, meaningful milestones every day. Effective communication is vital to this process. I have earned my certifications in CPR, First Aid, Child Development Associate (CDA), Director’s Credential.

As the director of The Kidz House, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, from curriculum development and staff training to parent communication and facility management. I work closely with teachers, parents, and the community to ensure that every child receives the highest quality care and education.

Hansee Vargas

Administrator

A dedicated childcare administrator with several years of experience in the early childhood education sector. With a passion for nurturing young minds, I am consistently focused on creating enriching, safe, and supportive environments for children to grow and thrive. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational skills, ensuring that our facility is managed and operated smoothly. Meeting the highest standards of care. I believe in the power of education, empathy, and love in shaping the future of children and is committed to fostering a nurturing atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.

I collaborate with families to achieve common goals, celebrating each child’s milestones and unique achievements. I emphasize the importance of open communication and transparency with parents and guardians, ensuring they are always informed and involved in their child’s development. Outside of work, enjoy spending time with my family which further enriches my perspective and approach to childcare. I am proud to be a part of a community that prioritizes the well-being and development of its youngest members, and looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Karen Colina

Administrative Coordinator

I studied Management Process while enrolled at the university. I consider myself to be fun and witty. I love spending time with my husband and dog, Bimbo. I love nature and water parks. I am very happy to be able to meet so many children and contribute at least a grain of sand to their development and growth.
